Responsibilities

Develop, clarify and manage the scope of projects and define deliverables

Assemble project team, identifies needed resources, assigns responsibilities and develops timeframes to facilitate successful completion of project activities and deliverables

Define and manage overall project risk identification and risk mitigation processes through interaction with project constituents and stakeholders

Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions

Ensure consistent and reliable project delivery

Understanding of Cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, IT infrastructure, virtualization, cloud networking, and Disaster Recovery

Preferred if they have experience with one or more of the following: Azure Virtual Desktop implementation, Automation tools like Ansible, Basic AD concepts, Okta Identity Engine or other SSO tools, and Implementing network issue detection & resolution tools like Datadog

Required

Bachelor's degree in IS, Business or related field required

Minimum five years of IS experience with increasing project management responsibility, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment

Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position

Completion of annual store training if hired

Understanding of Cloud platforms like Azure and AWS

Understanding of IT infrastructure, virtualization, cloud networking, and Disaster Recovery

Preferred

Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop implementation

Experience with Automation tools like Ansible

Basic AD concepts

Experience with Okta Identity Engine or other SSO tools

Experience implementing network issue detection & resolution tools like Datadog
