Genesis10 is seeking a Loan Servicing Analyst for a 12-month contract position with a banking company located in Brea, CA. This role is responsible for managing post-origination loan activities, ensuring accurate processing of payments, adjustments, and documentation in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

Monitor and process loan payments, payoffs, and adjustments in servicing systems. Review loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of data

Respond to inquiries from borrowers, internal teams, and third parties regarding loan status and servicing issues

Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve servicing errors

Maintain loan records and generate reports to support audits, compliance reviews, and financial reporting

Assist with system upgrades, policy updates, and process improvements related to loan servicing
