Responsibilities

Support development, analysis, and documentation of system requirements, CONOPS, and system architectures
Assist with radar mode requirement development and system performance assessments
Conduct modeling, simulation, and data analysis using tools such as MATLAB, Python, and C++
Participate in hardware/software integration, troubleshooting, and hands-on laboratory testing
Support verification, validation, flight test, production, and post-deployment activities
Perform trade studies, functional/physical analyses, and MBSE-based system design
Prepare and present technical reports, findings, and briefings to internal and external stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM field
This position requires 12 months or less of professional experience (excluding internships)
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Academic or internship experience with: Hands-on testing of electronic equipment in labs
Troubleshooting electronic or system-level issues
Data analysis using MATLAB and/or C++
Relevant Work Experience or Project Experience in algorithm design, requirements development, software/hardware integration, and configuration management

Preferred

3.5 GPA or higher
Coursework or experience in Systems Engineering or radar fundamentals
Experience or project work in Radar Algorithm design, Radar Requirements development, Radar Software/hardware integration
Programming experience in Java, C++, Python
Proficiency in MATLAB
Leadership involvement in student organizations, athletics, or community service
Experience or Coursework with: Signal processing, control theory, statistics, information theory, and detection methods
Imaging/pattern recognition
Data filtering (Kalman, batch, optimal estimation)
Advanced statistics
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multitask, solve problems independently, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
