Compensation Analyst/Workday System Administrator

Computer Software

Responsibilities

Maintain and update compensation tools (primarily in Excel)
Support annual, mid-year, and salary planning cycles
Assist with equity administration, audits, and grant file preparation
Conduct market pricing, job matching, and compensation survey submissions (Aon, Mercer, ERI)
Pull and analyze compensation data and reports from Workday
Respond to compensation inquiries via ServiceNow and support process improvements

Required

5+ years of compensation or total rewards experience
Intermediate Excel proficiency (must-have)
Hands-on experience with compensation survey submissions
Strong analytical skills and ability to handle sensitive data
Experience with Workday and Google Sheets is preferred
Bachelor s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
