CNC Programmer/Machinist

As a CNC Machinist, you will play a critical role in executing the company's mission by programming and operating CNC machines to produce conforming parts to specifications while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Minimum of 4 years programming experience using cam software, Mastercam preferred
In-depth knowledge of both 3 and 5-axis mills, lathe experience a big plus
Ability to hold close dimensional tolerances .0002-.002
Experience in designing fixtures
Ability to interpret aerospace prints with a high amount of GD&T
Capable of producing conforming parts to specifications within the required time frame while maintaining all quality standards
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Familiarity with ISO9001 and AS9100 requirements
Ability to lift 50 lbs
A passion and aptitude for learning, along with a great work ethic
Experience in aerospace prototype machining
Mastercam experience
Experience with Dmg Mori and Okuma machines
Ability to program and operate both mills and lathes
Experience in an AS9100 and/or ISO9000-certified production environment

Required
