Ensures employees have the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional member service and comply with regulatory requirements and are consistent with the Credit Union's organizational priorities

Qualification

Required

Strong training and presentation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to speak clearly and communicate effectively in a pleasant, respectful, professional, and open manner with employees, members, and vendors
Three to five years of similar or related experience
A bachelor's degree, or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree)
