Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide professional customer service
Prepare quotations and process sales orders efficiently
Support the full sales cycle from initial customer contact to order completion
Interact frequently with customers via phone and email
Ensure accurate and timely order entry and quote preparation
Follow up on customer support activities
Collaborate with the regional manager and outside sales team
Play a vital role in the sales cycle
Qualification
Required
Sales experience, particularly in an inside sales environment
Customer service skills
Experience with inbound calls and inside sales support
Proficiency in order processing and using word processors
Familiarity with NetSuite software
2+ years of inside sales experience or an acceptable combination of education and experience
