Responsibilities

Reconcile Deposit Control, CD Control, Fed Now, ACH Recon, ACH Clearings, Bancorp South, Deposit Non-post Items, Escrow and Interest Transfer, Online Dollar Default, Deposit Interface Suspense, State Withholding Payable, Interest Withholding Liability, Safe Box Clearing and Master Card Billing

Research all reconciliations to identify and clear outstanding items to ensure items do not become stale

Monitor the Network Adjustments recon for aging items, prepare and upload into Blackline any necessary entries to clear items

Derive ACH returns via Fedline or ACH Tracker necessary for ACH recon

Assist with ACH RDFI returns

Assist with ACH RDFI return inquiries

Ensure the department is in compliance with the reconciliation control process

Ensure the department is in compliance with the requirements of the Sarbanes Oxley Act

Provide utility backup for teammates when needed

Make necessary entries in Blackline and FTM

Cross train on other Deposit Operations reconcilements as needed

Assist in acquisition and conversion accounting related initiatives

Participate in special projects for the department as needed

Perform other related duties as assigned
