They are seeking a talented and experienced Financial Analyst responsible for providing analytical support, improving financial models, and making recommendations that drive business performance.

Responsibilities

Provide timely, accurate financial and operational analysis to support business performance
Assist in the preparation and review of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
Partner with regional and field leadership to interpret financial results and manage performance against plans
Develop and maintain financial models, reports, dashboards, and presentations that support effective decision-making
Perform variance, trend, benchmark, and root-cause analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement actions
Prepare monthly reporting packages, operating statistics, and management presentations
Support KPI tracking and performance monitoring, including identifying drivers of underperformance
Produce ad hoc analyses and special projects as business needs arise
Build and maintain strong working relationships across finance, operations, and leadership teams

Required

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, indexing, and working with large datasets; strong PowerPoint skills
Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools such as TM1, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
Strong communicator with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance partners
Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with field and operational teams
Interest in KPI development, performance management, and translating insights into action
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA a plus
2–5 years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles
Experience with P&L analysis, forecasting, and headcount planning
Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn internal systems and tools
