Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
Write clean, testable, and scalable code
Contribute to system architecture, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
Mentor and collaborate with team members using best engineering practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience
2–5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development
Strong experience with modern technologies, including: Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Next.js, Vue.js; Backend: Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Node.js, C#; Databases: SQL, MongoDB, cloud-native databases; Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform; DevOps & CI/CD: Docker, Jenkins, CircleCI, Travis CI
Experience working in Agile development environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience with AI models and LLMs (e.g., GPT, Sonnet)
Experience using AI-assisted IDEs (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code)
Prior experience in client-facing or consulting environments
