Responsibilities
Act as Primary point of contact with the EM site(s)
Deviation, OOS, and Non-Conformance situation root cause analysis and investigations
Review first article of inspection, review labels
Writing reports
Potential participation on new product development teams, including coordination with Technical Transfer team, to ensure that all projects meet specified QA launch requirements and timelines
Review of specifications and validation documentation related to base business projects and new product introductions
Routine interaction with internal business partners and external manufacturing sites, in support of commercialization and documentation readiness
Troubleshoots quality problems, provides thorough and practical assistance in the resolution of process / product non-conformance events, and assists in the development of corrective actions to prevent recurrence, leveraging Quality Systems
Review of process / product-related documentation
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor's in Chemistry or any related field
QA Experience strongly preferred in the Nutritionals and Dietary Supplement industry, or potentially the Food industry with relevant experience
Experience in a GMP facility
Years of experience 4-5 years
