Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design, build, and maintain Anaplan models based on business requirements
Perform field-to-field data mapping, conversion validation, model configuration, and security setup
Lead user acceptance testing and support system integration efforts
Provide end-user training and conduct knowledge transfer sessions
Support ongoing data integration, model updates, and performance enhancements
Communicate project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment

Required

Strong familiarity with financial and/or multi-dimensional modeling
Solid understanding of data analytics or business intelligence concepts
Demonstrated analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred

8–10 years of experience working with Anaplan or similar planning tools
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Experience in structured project environments (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Experience gathering business requirements and designing model interfaces
Prior exposure to Performance Management Solutions
Functional knowledge in Sales Planning, Revenue Forecasting, Financial Planning, or Enterprise Portfolio Management
Experience supporting post-implementation model enhancements
