Responsibilities
Lead multiple customer projects in an Agile environment
Define scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Coordinate with IT, Sales, Finance, Operations, Professional Services, and Software Development
Manage project metrics, reporting, and change control
Conduct stakeholder meetings and maintain project documentation
Support project governance and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Technology or Management or equivalent work experience
3+ years of technical IT type project management experience
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
PMP certification (desired)
Experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, AIDC, RFID, or IoT is a big plus
