Emergency repairs
Cleaning
Landscaping
Ordering maintenance equipment and supplies
Record keeping
Accepting deliveries
Moving appliances and other job related duties
Qualification
Required
previous maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment or hotel industry
excellent Leadership skills
customer service skills
general computer knowledge
experience with plumbing
experience with electrical
experience with appliances
experience with apartment turns
availability for on-call purposes
flexibility and ability to work weekends when necessary
Preferred
HVAC or EPA Universal Certification
ability to make work fun

pool and spa maintenance
