Lead and manage multiple tax engagements for corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals
Provide strategic tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to clients across diverse industries
Review complex federal, state, and local tax returns and ensure timely filing in compliance with regulatory standards
Identify and implement tax-saving opportunities through proactive client advisory and planning strategies
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing questions, resolving issues, and anticipating future tax needs
Supervise and mentor managers, supervisors, and staff, promoting professional growth and technical excellence
Lead engagement planning, budgeting, and scheduling while maintaining firm profitability and client satisfaction
