Traveling to new facilities, plants, and distribution centers and promoting our services to potential clients
Engaging in prospecting activities like cold-calling, social selling, emailing, and networking to find leads
Performing market research to identify trends
Learning the Sandler methodology to guide sales strategies
Collaborating with the project management team to create, review, and implement proposals
Consistently smashing targets and conquering territory
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in business-to-business sales and prospecting new business
Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) practices and ability to maintain professional relationships
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel daily in territory and occasionally overnight
Self-starter attitude with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Problem-solving skills, ability to take constructive feedback, and desire to improve
Preferred
A college degree would be preferred
Sales experience in the manufacturing or industrial sectors would also be a bonus
