Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures to support reporting and analytics

Analyze business data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improved insight

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik

Collaborate directly with business users and management to gather, clarify, and refine reporting requirements

Translate business questions into well-structured data models and visualizations

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across BI solutions

Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of existing reports and dashboards

Document data definitions, reporting logic, and BI processes to support long-term maintainability

Required

Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science or equivalent

5+ Years SQL development experience

Strong experience writing and optimizing SQL / SQL Server queries

Solid foundation in data analysis and interpreting business data

Hands-on experience with Qlik for data visualization and dashboard development

Ability to work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and communicate technical concepts clearly

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Experience with Qlik Cloud

Familiarity with Windows Server environments

Experience scripting or automating tasks using PowerShell

Exposure to or experience consuming RESTful APIs for data integration

Understanding of data modeling and ETL concepts
