Zymo Research is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Intern. The successful candidate will be working closely with the HR Generalist and other HR team members, assisting with various HR functions and operations.

Responsibilities

Create and update company job descriptions

Update onboarding documents and materials

Scanning and filing to maintain and update company employee personnel files

Assist with scheduling interviews

Assist with summer internship program management

Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions

Perform other general HR duties as assigned

Qualification

Microsoft Office SuiteHuman Resources knowledgeCommunication skillsDetail-orientedTime management

Required

Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 1 year prior experience in an office/Administrative role

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent time management skills
