They are seeking a Service Advisor to actively listen to customers, prepare service orders, and ensure effective communication regarding vehicle repairs and services.

Responsibilities
Actively listen to customers and create descriptions of any problems or services that may be needed
Prepare service orders
Engage in upsells and promotions for additional equipment and services
Obtain customer authorizations and signatures
Present repair orders to the Foreman for dispatch
Prepare and present customers with quotes
Communicate with customers and the foreman as needed
Work with the Foreman to ensure all repairs are completed
Prepare invoice repair orders
Contact customers for pick up or delivery
Ensure that a secured payments are made prior to releasing serviced vehicles
Update Uptime Pro (Freightliner Elite Support Locations)
Answer service calls
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and MVR in good standing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work any shift if needed

Knowledge of diesel engines, gas engines, drive train and suspension
Heavy and medium duty truck industry experience
