Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a professional manner
Support providers and staff with administrative needs for smooth clinic operations
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in healthcare administration
Preferred
College degree
Knowledge of medical practice procedures, terminology, and EMR systems
Familiarity with insurance verification and pre-authorization procedures
Strong customer service and communication skills
