Training Solutions Manager

Responsibilities
Develop and execute training strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Conduct needs assessments with customers to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities
Collaborate inter-departmentally to ensure customer training aligns with Glory’s strategic plan
Oversee the design and development of engaging training materials (eLearning, instructor-led, blended, video content, customer training documentation)
Ensure content is current, accurate, and aligned with adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
Manage end-to-end training programs, including delivery and evaluation
Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback and performance metrics
Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), department leads, and external vendors to create impactful learning experiences
Serve as a liaison between L&D, other business units and the customer to ensure training supports operational needs
Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other digital platforms to deliver and track training
Help develop tools to monitor the effectiveness of training and customer adoption
Stay current with trends in learning technologies and recommend tools to enhance training delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or related field or equivalent experience in business, customer support, sales, consulting or related area
5+ years of experience in training development, instructional design, or L&D program management
Proficiency with LMS platforms and collaboration tools
Experience in professional services, SaaS, or technical training environments
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficient writing and documentation-creation skills
Familiarity with data-driven learning analytics and performance measurement
Ability to adapt to ever-changing business environments
Analytical with process-oriented mind-set
Able to document projects appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time
Strong self-management and virtual collaboration skills
Ability to communicate effectively across virtual platforms
Demonstrate accountability and proactive collaboration in a remote environment
Participate in virtual meetings, training sessions, and occasional in-person events or workshops (travel up to 10%)
