Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones
Ensure timely, accurate communication with candidates and hiring teams
Arrange candidate travel and lodging in accordance with company policies and budget guidelines
Process and track interview-related expenses accurately and efficiently
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process
Provide clear, professional, and responsive communication at all stages
Maintain organized records of candidate interactions, interview schedules, and onboarding documentation
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality within recruiting systems
Partner with international onboarding teams to support global hiring efforts
Ensure compliance with local requirements and onboarding processes
Provide administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers to improve recruiting efficiency
Assist with additional coordination and operational tasks as needed

Required

1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
