Responsibilities

Maintaining appropriate inventory levels by monitoring and ordering supply items for all warehouse locations

Processing daily dropship orders accurately and efficiently

Manage complex and escalated supply related issues, ensuring timely resolution

Collaborate with the Accounting team to address questions related to purchase orders

Create and manage new orders in E-automate

Provide tracking information and respond to order status inquiries

Respond promptly and professionally to emails from vendors, as well as internal and external customers

Serve as backup support for FM audits and automated toner order processing
