Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Mange baseline budget, schedule, and scope for a varied investment portfolio

Drive planning and execution across Cross functional Teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements and satisfy customer needs

Partner with Sustainment Capability Delivery System Directorates to align and prioritize investments with strategic objectives and customer needs

Report portfolio performance at all leadership levels

Collaborate with Sustainment Finance on forecasting and performance reporting

Provide PM guidance to the portfolio investment teams to support planning and execution

Manage/Mitigate portfolio risk and opportunities

Monitor portfolio performance to include labor reporting and vendor invoicing

Facilitate PO process and act as technical lead on IWTAs

Provide Oversight of Technical Solution Formulation and Implementation, Leveraging Systems Engineering Best Practices

Required

Experience managing or overseeing business-critical programs or projects

Demonstrated history of high accountability, responsibility, and organization

Experience in Earned Valued Management, CAM certification a plus

Change Management Experience

Sustainment Operations Experience

Greenbelt/Blackbelt Certification

Investment Business Case and/or ROI Experience
