Responsibilities
Acting as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders on Lean thinking and enterprise transformation
Designing and facilitating high-impact Kaizen events, value stream mapping sessions, and problem-solving workshops
Assessing organizational maturity and readiness for Lean transformation and developing tailored roadmaps
Building internal capabilities by mentoring Lean leaders, facilitators, and change agents
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement through structured coaching, training, and hands-on support
Leading diagnostics and benchmarking to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
Ensuring alignment of Lean initiatives with strategic business objectives and KPIs
Sharing best practices across business units and contributing to the evolution of the Lean operating system
Qualification
Required
Have a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field
Have 10+ years of experience in Lean transformation, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments
Have certification as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent; Shingijutsu or Toyota Production System experience is a plus
Have a proven track record of leading enterprise-level Lean initiatives with measurable results
Have strong facilitation, coaching, and change management skills
Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across all organizational levels
Have willingness to travel as needed to support global operations
Preferred
Have experience in enterprise transformation and cultural change initiatives
