This role involves processing payroll, certified payroll, and full-cycle accounts payable while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities
Processing payroll for ~100 employees
Certified payroll (California; DIR experience strongly preferred)
Daily auditing of timecards using Assignar
Full-cycle accounts payable
Month-end AP close activities
Payroll and AP processing within Foundations
Collaboration with internal AP/AR staff and offshore support team
Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across payroll and AP
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in Payroll and Accounts Payable
Certified payroll experience required
Experience auditing timecards daily
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Preferred
Experience with certified payroll in California; DIR experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with Assignar or similar construction workforce platforms strongly preferred
Experience with Foundations a plus
