Manage day-to-day retail operations

Assist customers with purchases

Support in inventory management
Ensure an engaging and seamless shopping experience for customers
Qualification
Required
Customer service skills with a focus on providing excellent support and assistance to guests
Inventory management and organization skills, along with attention to detail for stocking and arranging merchandise
Basic proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling transactions accurately
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and during special events as required
Preferred
Previous retail or customer-facing role experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
