Responsibilities

Participates in reviews and approvals of draft contracts during the bid phase

Performs contract/subcontract and scope of work document reviews, negotiates and drafts contracts/subcontracts and scope of work documents and interfaces with customer/vendor contracting personnel

Works with project management, sales, finance, and procurement teams as well as the legal department to manage and structure contracts and scope of work documents

Ensures contract scope is clearly defined and matches the scope that was bid and priced

Analyzes contracts and scope of work documents to ensure compliance with company policy, government specifications and other requirements

Takes proper action to administer and close out the contract in accordance with applicable procedures at the conclusion of all contracting activity

Ensures the timely communication of contract information with management and other stakeholders and maintains complete and accurate contract files
