QTS Medical Device Outsourcing offers critical end-of-line services for medical device OEMs. They are seeking an energetic and organized Order Picker responsible for pulling and staging sales orders from the warehouse to the delivery facility, while maintaining safety and cleanliness in the work area.

Responsibilities

Pull sales orders, shipping requests, engineering requests, and production requests

Perform inventory returns from portable bins to warehouse bins

Process inventory requests

Maintain work area in a neat, clean, organized, and secure condition

Responsible for maintaining an awareness of workplace safety and relevant training

Follow warehouse cleaning schedule

Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements

Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work

Partner with other business segments: sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance

Understand customer needs and the core business markets we serve

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must be able to read, understand, speak and write in English

Strong attention to detail and understanding of FIFO, traceability, etc

Ability to follow directions

Research and problem-solving skills

Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)

Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail and good organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Preferred

Minimum one year of materials handling and inventory experience preferred

Forklift certified (or willingness to become certified)
