Responsibilities
Build, stage, edit, and publish web pages within the CMS
Translate approved content from Word or Google Docs into CMS layouts
Assemble pages using templates and reusable components
Perform QA checks before publishing, including content accuracy, formatting, layout consistency, SEO guidelines, and accessibility compliance
Work across QA and Production environments
Schedule and manage content releases tied to pre-event activities, during-event updates, and post-event follow-ups
Support ongoing updates for blogs, resource pages, product feature updates, and marketing and partner events
Participate in weekly standups and planning meetings
Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and product and content strategy teams
Troubleshoot layout or formatting issues as needed
Ensure adherence to Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Communication (LRCC) requirements
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
5 years of experience in web Content Management
5 years of experience in Enterprise CMS experience (Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, WordPress, or similar)
Hands-on experience building, staging, and maintaining web pages
Experience with HTML and CSS for formatting and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of QA testing protocols
Experience with Web Accessibility standards (WCAG AA)
Experience working in regulated environments
Strong attention to compliance, due diligence, and publishing controls
Background in financial services, healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries
Experience supporting large-scale websites
Familiarity with SEO and AI visibility/discoverability
Preferred
Experience in UX design collaboration
Familiarity with agile methodologies
Strong communication and teamwork skills
