Responsibilities

Achieve an effective and consistent talent acquisition process
Create and maintain talent resource pipelines and sourcing to provide a steady supply of top tier talent to the organization
Drive a high‑quality talent pipeline by leveraging strategic sourcing tactics and building strong, long‑term relationships with candidates and industry partners
Connect business and talent trends as a business strategic support and consultant; you’ll be a true partner and subject matter expert on talent acquisition

Required

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
You are a confident and competent recruiter
You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business

You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy
You believe in the value of the candidate experience and strive to provide the utmost service and support to all customers – both internal and external

1+ years of progressive experience in recruitment on manufacturing roles is preferred
