Responsibilities
Maintain compliance with SOPs in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment
Assist in monitoring compliance plans based on state and federal regulations
Input customer orders, update customer DEA licenses, release sales orders for shipping, and maintain suspicious order monitoring
Verify inventory for controlled substances and List chemicals
Conduct inventory reconciliation
Complete reports, Work on projects, and assist cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
Adept at negotiating and troubleshooting
Natural tendency to communicate clearly
Ability to work through and professionally resolve conflict
Experience in maintaining compliance with SOPs in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment
Ability to assist in monitoring compliance plans based on state and federal regulations
Experience in inputting customer orders and updating customer DEA licenses
Ability to release sales orders for shipping and maintain suspicious order monitoring
Experience in verifying inventory for controlled substances and List chemicals
Ability to conduct inventory reconciliation
Experience in completing reports and working on projects
Ability to assist cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience in computer manufacturing, law firms, or retail
