Marketing/Creative/Product Design - Product Marketing Manager
LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support the Core organization. This role will involve shaping messaging, running programmatic workflows, and coordinating with cross-functional partners to enhance product marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
Support GTM planning and execution for Core initiatives, including ToS changes, onboarding and lifecycle improvements, AI-powered features, and reliability-focused updates
Drive programmatic PMM workflows: build briefs, align partners, shape narratives, track timelines, and push work through approvals
Write crisp messaging for web, email, lifecycle touchpoints, and in-product prompts that reflect role and context
Organize and lead cross-functional coordination with Product, ENG, Design, LCM, Web/IM, PR/Comms, and Support
Build lightweight research summaries, competitive snapshots, and customer insight distillations to guide decisions
Produce PMM artifacts as needed value prop frameworks, FAQs, battlecards, launch plans, internal updates, and executive summaries
Ensure consistent execution across surfaces and teams, including QA for launches and messaging implementation
Step into emerging priorities quickly and comfortably, whether that's running a small content migration, drafting internal comms, or helping structure an early GTM narrative
Qualification
Required
5-7+ years of product marketing, growth marketing, or adjacent experience in SaaS or workflow tools
Demonstrated ability to run programs end-to-end with minimal oversight
Strong written communication skills, especially simplifying technical concepts
Experience partnering with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams
Ability to create structure, drive clarity, and manage timelines in ambiguous environments
Comfortable working across multiple surfaces (web, in-product, email) and adapting messaging per channel
Proven experience translating customer insights into messaging or GTM recommendations
Preferred
Experience in collaboration, productivity, media workflow, or AI-enabled products
Familiarity with onboarding, lifecycle, or retention programs
Comfort with basic competitive analysis and lightweight research
Experience supporting cross-functional launches across multiple surfaces
Prior experience in a fast-moving SaaS environment
