Signet Jewelers is seeking a motivated Watchmaker Apprentice to join their team in Brentwood, TN. This role offers the opportunity to learn watchmaking skills under the guidance of experienced watchmakers in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Change batteries and service cases without damaging components
Perform pressure tests and basic movement replacements
Replace crystals and pins, ensuring structural quality and fit
Keep work areas, tools, dials, and hands clean and dust-free
Identify parts needed for repair using case and movement numbers
Inspect completed work to ensure proper function, finish, and water resistance
Verify timekeeping and repair accuracy
Ensure all watches are clean, damage-free, and meet company standards

Qualification

Fine motor skillsWork with small componentsPrevious watch experienceAttention to detail

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills
Ability to work with small, delicate components

Preferred

Previous watch experience is a plus, but not required
