Qualification
Required
Prior experience in outbound calling, sales, or call center environments
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Clinical research, healthcare, psychology, or medical experience preferred
