Responsibilities
Be able to communicate effectively and appropriately with customers
Maintains tool inventory and processes tool and material returns
Works with jobs to coordinate tool repair and replacement of tools
Be the contact for issues/ concerns on jobsite deliveries
Make appropriate decisions on shipping/ scheduling of tools/ assemblies to jobsite
Schedules tool and material deliveries and pick-ups with the Specialists
Teammate must gain and maintain forklift certification
If promoted from Field Support Specialist you must maintain DOT qualifications
Drive company vehicles as qualified and required
Shelf/pick, log, clean, maintain tools as necessary
Assist with loading and unloading trucks
Mobile staircase, ladder usage, and pallet jack usage is required
Maintain cleanliness and 5s principles within the F/S warehouse
Coordinates building and grounds repairs and service calls
Assist with ordering of supplies and PPE
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
6 months to 1 year of experience
proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite
ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with customers
ability to maintain tool inventory and process tool and material returns
ability to coordinate tool repair and replacement of tools
ability to make appropriate decisions on shipping/scheduling of tools/assemblies to jobsite
ability to schedule tool and material deliveries and pick-ups with the Specialists
must gain and maintain forklift certification
must maintain DOT qualifications if promoted from Field Support Specialist
ability to drive company vehicles as qualified and required
ability to shelf/pick, log, clean, maintain tools as necessary
