Responsibilities
Open and organize new matters (intake, file setup, document management)
Prepare/file/track routine litigation and enforcement documents using streamlined internal tools
Communicate and negotiate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Qualification
Required
Microsoft Office proficiency is required
Preferred
NY collections/litigation experience is strongly preferred
MCA experience is a huge plus
