Responsibilities

Lead project planning sessions to ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives

Maintain the Microsoft project plan so that an export can be provided to the client at any time

Oversee the execution of projects ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets

Provide guidance and support to project teams fostering collaboration and productivity

Monitor project progress using Jira identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met

Utilize Sharepoint for effective document management and communication across teams

Implement project management best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations within the industrial manufacturing domain

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to facilitate project success

Prepare and present project reports to senior management highlighting achievements and challenges

Facilitate training sessions for team members on project management tools and techniques

Support the companys mission by driving projects that contribute to innovation and societal impact

Responsible for scheduling client-facing meetings

Responsible for taking meeting notes recording action items saving/uploading recordings as needed

Ensure that all meeting artifacts are transferred to the client SharePoint within a day of the meeting

Work with the Dev QA Infrastructure and Security teams to keep them informed of deadlines and documentation deliverables
