They are looking for a qualified CNC Programmer to assist with programming various machines and ensuring efficient operation. The role involves programming, setting up machines, processing orders, and maintaining workflow with production management.

Responsibilities
Program and assist in setting up machines
Process repeat orders. Update all books as needed
Process new orders. Make drawings, operation sheets, books and programs. Order tools
Make programs and follow up on the setup and running of new programs
Put Programs into the machine as required by the Materials Supervisor
Remove Programs from the machines as needed
Save all downloaded programs and update books accordingly
Work on improvements to existing jobs
Check and order non-vending tools
Send tools for re-grind as needed
Oversee problems at the Mills and Lathes
Maintaining good housekeeping practices in work area
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Coordinate daily work flow with production management
Use of shop floor inspection equipment
Qualification
Required
Qualified CNC Programmer
Experience with programming Citizen Swiss Machines, 3-5 Axis DMG Mori and HAAS mills, and Doosan Lathes
Proficiency in ESPRIT, Solidworks, Fusion, and MasterCAM for programming
Ability to program and assist in setting up machines
Ability to process repeat orders and update all books as needed
Ability to process new orders, make drawings, operation sheets, books and programs, and order tools
Ability to make programs and follow up on the setup and running of new programs
Ability to put programs into the machine as required by the Materials Supervisor
Ability to remove programs from the machines as needed
Ability to save all downloaded programs and update books accordingly
Ability to work on improvements to existing jobs
Ability to check and order non-vending tools
Ability to send tools for re-grind as needed
Ability to oversee problems at the Mills and Lathes
