Responsibilities

Support and Grow User Base: Working with our current and new customers, aid analyst users to onboard and use the system to ensure their success. Help current users better leverage new capabilities

Assist Customer Integrations and Pilots: Work to integrate new data sources for new and existing customers to ensure successful onboarding. Initiate accounts, proper user configurations, and deployments for those customers. Assist in coordinating and running pilot programs with new customers, training users, answering support questions and making any software tweaks needed

Rapidly Deploy New Capabilities Needed for Demos and Pilots: Working with Product, Sales and Engineering, rapidly take things not in formal sprints but are needed to support demos and pilots where rapid changes in the product are required

Support Customer Meetings and Pitches: Support sales efforts in customer meetings, preparing workflows to walkthrough, ensuring key data and analysis are loaded and able to walk through
