Responsibilities
Design and build rich web based applications used by enterprise customers
Develop solutions using a proprietary platform that enables modular and component driven software development
Collaborate with product and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into robust implementations
Participate across the full product lifecycle including development, release, testing, and ongoing platform support
Help evolve the platform by identifying opportunities to improve usability, performance, and extensibility
Support customers directly by troubleshooting issues and ensuring successful adoption of the platform
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field
Professional experience building commercial enterprise software products, not just standalone websites
Strong background in object oriented programming using languages such as Java, C++, or C#
Hands on experience developing modern user interfaces with TypeScript and JavaScript
Deep familiarity with browser technologies including the HTML DOM, event handling, drag and drop interactions, and CSS
Comfort working in a collaborative, deadline driven environment that values quality and accountability
Ability to work on site in downtown San Francisco
Preferred
Prior work on developer platforms, internal tools, or configurable systems such as form builders or workflow tools
Experience supporting customers directly across email, web, and phone channels
Eligibility to work on projects that support government clients
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical users
A self directed mindset with the ability to operate independently while contributing to a team
Curiosity and motivation to continuously expand your technical skill set
