Responsibilities
Assist with Talent Acquisition Team projects, recruiting activities, including research and data entry
Prepare reports, presentations and documentation as needed
Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
Assist with talent acquisition tasks, including offer preparation and background verification, creation of new employee accounts and files, ensuring all necessary documentation is up to date
Update Job Descriptions and career maps as needed
Special projects as assigned
Other duties may be assigned
Qualification
Required
Motivated and detail-oriented

Ability to assist in day-to-day HR Talent Acquisition team activities
Ability to exercise discretion, independent judgment and initiative
Ability to assist with Talent Acquisition Team projects and recruiting activities
Ability to prepare reports, presentations and documentation as needed
Ability to provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
Ability to assist with talent acquisition tasks, including offer preparation and background verification
