Brand Ambassador
Jamie's Farm is a woman-owned granola company based in New York City, seeking enthusiastic brand ambassadors to promote their award-winning granola in Whole Foods and other local retailers. The role involves executing in-store demos, educating customers, and driving sales while maintaining inventory and submitting reports.
Responsibilities
Own Jamie's Farm presence and execute in-store demos at select Whole Foods in either NYC, Long Island, NJ, or CT
Sample and sell Jamie’s Farm granola to new and returning customers
Educate shoppers on our ingredients, sourcing, and mission
Increase brand visibility and drive store-level sales
Meet key program KPIs, including sales goals and conversion rates
Call ahead to stores to order inventory for demos
Monitor and maintain on-shelf inventory throughout demo events
Submit clear, high-quality recap reports within 1–2 days of each demo, including units sold, shelf set photos, and valuable feedback on consumer preferences and product insights
Qualification
Required
Outgoing, personable, and friendly demeanor
Passion for good food and connecting with people
Can do-attitude and positive mindset, punctual and organized
A smartphone capable of taking photos and notes
Previous brand ambassador or event staffing experience, preferably in food and beverage or hospitality space
Available on weekends
Based in NYC, Long Island, New Jersey, or Connecticut
Ability to travel throughout the city or drive for NJ, CT, Long Island demos
Ability to stand for long periods of time

Flexible schedule: 5 -14 demos per month, approximately 15-42 hours based on availability.
