The Global HEOR Program Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HEOR department, coordinating project activities, managing contracts, and overseeing budget processes to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and track Global HEOR project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
Serve as the primary point of contact for contract management, including drafting, reviewing, processing, and tracking contracts with vendors and consultants
Oversee department budget processes, including monitoring expenditures, preparing budget reports, and supporting annual budget planning
Support procurement activities, including purchase order creation, invoice processing, and vendor onboarding
Maintain accurate records of contracts, budgets, and project documentation
Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and conferences, including logistics and material preparation
Facilitate communication between HEOR team members and other departments
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices in all contracting and financial activities
Provide general administrative support to the Global HEOR team as needed
Domestic and International travel up to 10% may be required for meetings, conferences, or project-related activities

Required

Ability to travel up to 15% of the time domestically and internationally may be required for meetings, conferences, or project-related activities
5+ years of Pharmaceutical or related industry experience in a similar role
Experience in project coordination, contract management, or budget oversight, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and financial tracking
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with contract management or budgeting software is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or related field preferred
Knowledge of Global HEOR or pharmaceutical industry practices is an advantage
