Expand the functionality of existing products
Customize systems to meet clients' unique needs
Create entirely new products from the ground up
Focus on back end development, with opportunities to work on front end as well
Collaborate with team members

Qualification

Required

Have 5+ years of experience in full time software development roles
Can demonstrate the ability to write great code in any commonly used programming language, such as Python, Java, C++, C#, or Ruby
Can demonstrate the ability to design and improve relational data models in any commonly used database, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
Are excellent collaborators

Preferred

Experience with Perl and Go
Experience with MySQL
Experience with Vue.js, jQuery, Ajax
Experience with git
Experience with Linux environments (Ubuntu)
Experience with Data warehouse (Exasol)
Experience with Messaging frameworks (rabbitmq)
Experience with ETL/Scheduling frameworks (NiFi)
Experience with Agile software development process
