Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a senior-level Executive Assistant to support the Director of PXT for AWS Infrastructure Services. This role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring organizational efficiency while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

Own complex calendar and scheduling
Own domestic and international travel
Track and follow up on action items from S-team and PXT leadership meetings to ensure completion
Manage expense report coordination and submission
Develop, organize, execute, and assist with team activities (Staff meetings; All-Team meetings; Off-Sites; and team social events/recognition)
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables
Manage team space, including moves, new hire location assignments, and re-configurations
Work closely with the leadership team and our business partners
Partner with other Executive Assistants throughout the team and across the company
Support a positive team culture

Senior level leadership supportMicrosoft Office proficiencyProcess design for efficiencyTravel coordinationOrganizational skillsTime managementProblem solving

Required

5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
High school or equivalent diploma
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination

Preferred

7+ years of senior level leadership support experience
Experience leading process improvements
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
