Responsibilities
Lead budgeting and budget-to-actuals analysis
Build and maintain financial models (revenue modeling, reforecasting, cash flow forecasting)
Prepare monthly summaries, MoM analysis, dashboards, and reporting packages
Run reports from Yardi and manipulate data heavily in Excel
Support strategic decision-making with clear, actionable financial insights
Enhance and maintain existing financial models (most models are already built)
Qualification
Required
4–7 years of FP&A experience
Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, modeling, reporting)
Experience working with Yardi (or similar real estate systems)
Ability to communicate financial insights to senior leadership
Preferred
Background in real estate, PE, or asset-heavy environments preferred
