Use data, A/B testing, and customer insights to drive decisions, optimize experiences, and measure success

Lead the product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap definition to launch and iteration

Balance short-term wins with long-term impact, ensuring quick iterations drive lasting value

Solve complex problems, considering customer needs, business growth, and technical feasibility

Work cross-functionally to align teams, remove roadblocks, and ensure smooth execution of product initiatives

Required

5+ years of product management experience in fintech lending, with loan servicing or data product experience preferred

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing speed with quality while adapting to evolving priorities
