Responsibilities

Enable current system functionality for complex tickets
Develop and manage insurance product user stories
Ensure quality assurance and filing implications for user stories
Possess sound knowledge of integrations for the current system and assist with troubleshooting
Consult and build relationships with organizational units (OUs)
Recommend modifications to business processes
Monitor implemented work for success
Use data to drive decision-making processes for system changes
Demonstrate basic SQL knowledge
Understand and apply the Agile process
Participate in triage/application support rotation

Required

Proven experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of system integrations and troubleshooting

Ability to use data to inform decision-making
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's Degree (open to all degrees and majors)
At least 5 years of job experience
