Responsibilities
Oversees vehicle, equipment, and asset maintenance, including scheduling, preventive care, repairs, vendor coordination, and accurate recordkeeping
Perform facility and training systems maintenance to keep campus systems safe and operational
Manage inventory to ensure parts and associated services are available
Monitors basic operation of water systems
Respond to emergencies and special projects, document work and outcomes
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Must possess a valid, unrestricted Washington State driver's license
Must possess basic carpentry skills including layout framing, concrete form work
Must be able to use basic hand and power tools safely, effectively, and efficiently
Must possess basic computer skills for sending email, completing time and travel documentation, documenting and closing work orders
Must possess excellent customer service skills
Must be able to lift 75 pounds repeatedly
Must be able to climb a ladder
Must be able to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time
Must be able to work outdoors in all types of extreme weather
Must be self-motivated and able to direct and communicate with others to achieve necessary work assignments
